IJJ Wright was founded in 2023 by Ian Wright to address a growing need for bespoke quantity surveying and commercial management services in the construction and resource sectors.

Ian started his professional career in 1999 as a junior QS in the UK. His assignments saw him work throughout the UK on residential, retail and educational construction projects for two major construction companies, Vinci and Balfour Beatty.

In 2008 Ian relocated to Dubai and spent four years working on the Dubai Mall Project as a Senior QS for Dutco Balfour Beatty. Ian led an international team of quantity surveyors tasked with the close-out of over 6,500 head contract variations.

In 2012 Ian moved to Perth, Western Australia, where his responsibilities for the commercial management of major projects has seen him work across various sectors including:
